4620SW IP Phone NO DTMF Tones

Hi folks,

I have a 3rd Party FAX and VoiceMailServer (C3000) working in an IPO environement. The Faxserver is connected to the ipo via an IP Line.
Faxes work well, VoiceCalls do as well, but when it comes to control the VoiceMailBox via DTMF Tones it seems that the IP Terminals don't correctly send the Tones to the FAX/Voice Server.
When I call the VoiceMail through a digital or analog phone, all DTMF transmissions work well.

Does anyone have an idea?

I already checked the settings whithin the IP Line in the IPOffice (Outband/Inband DTMF) but it makes no difference.

Probably there is a special shortcode syntax to make DTMF work over IP Lines??

I have the same problem with 4620 and a 4602D IP phones. Whe you press 9 (to get an outside line) and wait for an analogue line, the DTMF tones are ignored during the dial tone and the party cannot make any calls.

I hope that there is someone that can solve this problem.

Ip Small Office running Version3.0
With Version 2.1 I did not have this problem.
