Hi Guys
I have 2 4620 ip phones, when they reset they ask for there passwords, when i put in the passwords, they seem to be incorrect, i then log on to the switch and do change stationxxx and the password is no longer there. Can any one help.

The password will not show. Use cha stat XXXX and enter the password for the station again.

On all the other ip stations when you do change station xxxx where the security code is there is a *, but on these 2 it is blank.
Each time you put in a security code and when the phone resets the security code is blank again.

Have you tried deleting the station & then re-adding them to the system by duplicating a (working) 4620 station?
