Does anyone know if it is possible to view the Call Log (Incoming, Outgoing, and Missed Calls) on an 4620 IP phone from a location OTHER THAN at the physical phone itself?
For example, can I telnet to the phone? Is the information stored at the Media Gateway level? Is there an command in ASA?
I am trying to determine the maximum number of concurrent internal calls. Since these are not used by agents, my CMS stats are out, and since the calls are internal (made over our WAN), my trunk reports are out. Any suggestions?
