4620 IP Extension in Use

I purchased a 4620IP phone and connected to the G3 system we have in place. I connected on our local network which worked like a charm. I then brough the phone home with me and a couple days later I tried connecting to my home network and the phone connects to the system here but when I log the phone in it says extension in use. I tried 4 different extensions all of which I created from scratch but none of them logged in.

Any ideas?
