4612 resets when Agent logs in

I have one user saying his 4612 intermittently reboots (like someone is briefly pulling the network/power cable, the phone goes through the whole reboot process), this alone would not bother me much and I would just replace the phone and check cables and stuff but the strange thing is that he claims the problem follows his AgentID and every phone that he logs into does the same while other Agents on his phone don’t have this issue.
He also says we tried a different headset and even no headset at all, using the handset, still same problem.

Never heard of an Agent ID can caused phone resets, we have deleted and rebuilt the Agent ID, didn’t fix the issue.

Unfortunately, the user sits in a remote site on the other side of the world so I can’t really watch in person what he is doing.

Anyone ever heard of a similar issue or have an idea what else to check?

Regards, Frank

I 've never heard of this but I would say the the problem is following HIM and not the agent-login id unless the id is accessing some kind of feature access code. If this is a NO, then I would give him a new login id(completely different than current) and see if the problem continues.
