4610SW Soft Keys

Hey Gang,

We just bought and installed the S8500 Media Server and we have these cool 4610SW phones. So I have this weird, weird issue. We did the install in two parts, 1st floor and 4th floor. The 1st floor phones (1st phase of install) have 5 pages of soft button options. The ones on the 4th floor (2nd phase of install) have 2 pages of soft button options.

The weird thing is if I drop an extension on the 1st floor and pull it up on the 4th floor, it goes to two pages. Also, if I drop an extension on the 4th floor and pull it up on the 1st, suddenly it has all 5 pages of options.

I am at a loss here. A lof of my users need that third page of options and they ain't sitting on the 1st floor. Anyone have any idea on this or have you seen it before?

I'd heard something a while back that two different versions of flash for the 4610SWs had some issue with the number of pages, as in 2.1.3 had six pages but if you upped to 2.2 it was cut to two. Do the two floors use different TFTP/HTTP servers?
