Ive got the following problem. Ive got an test system running with 2 CLAN boards and all ip stations registers
through the first CLAN board. When I a disconnect the connection with the first CLAN all types of stations (4620 and 96xx) will re-register through the second CLAN. ( second CLAN address mentioned in DHCP scope). Only the 4606
refuses to register with the second CLAN.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

you didn't mention what frimware is in that 4606, but I can tell you those are very old phones, and it doesn't surprise me you are having some issues.

If you do a "list registered" in CM, you will be able to find the 4606 extension #, and see the firmware version it is running.

The current release for 4606/4612/4624 is R1.8.3 H.323
Here is the link, if you are running this release, then at least its probably not your firmware version.

btw, it's also possible someone got in manually and set the phone up via static IPs, so it may not be using your DHCP server for its settings, that would certainly explain it :)

Mitch,

Thank you for answering. THe firmware I used is the 1.8.3 and the phone wasnt setup manually. When Clan 1 was disconnect I also tried to remove the phone settings manually but this didnt work either.
