Hi all,
Hope one of you can help me. I have a customer who has a Cisco 3550 POE and 4602IP phones he also has 4610's and 4620's. the problem is the 4602's do not power form the Cisco but the 4610's and 4620's do.
When a 4602 is plugged in to the Cisco it see's a burst of power and then nothing then another burst of power then nothing.
Has any body come accross this before? I have found 2 documents on the avaya support site (below) but they do not mention the Cisco 3550
any help on this matter will be very much appreciated
