44xx series phones on release 5.0

Are any of the following phones compatible with release 5.x.x on an IPO 412? The 412 is currently on 3.1.65 and has been for years, but the customer wants the newer release version for SIP and other newer features. TIA

as long as they are not on an IP500 you are good. On an IP500 you can still use them but not on processor ports.
the LD was always a bit tricky because the display does not work the same way it works on the Magix.

4424LD is not supported and wont work.

To clarify, the 4424LD has never been supported. That it sort of worked on earlier releases was pure luck. However if you had tried to raise a support call...

I remember trying a 4424LD & SOE on a 403 with R3.1(65), it worked, but display function only like a 4424D, extra soft keys did not work either. 4424LD & 4400D were never supported on IP office. I know on R4.0, 4.1, R4.2 the 4424LD is blocked out, it will not work at all!
