4424 with DSS 4050

IP office 2.1.27 ( I Know old but it works for Customer)

they have 4424 with a Dss 4050.. the power was pulled from the DSS.. Customer plugged it back in and it will not work.
I replaced the DSS and the Power supply, cables and phone and cannot get it to work. Tried moving to differnt port on IP offce same results.

anyone else run it this?
