I have a 4400 SE. In the listing of routes IP, they appear routes to certain directions IP with the indicative of "ICMP Learned"
So that it learns these routes.
As they are possible to be eliminated

Yes, upgrade to release 4.0 or find the router which generate ICMP router redirect and switch this feature off.
4400SE use some kind of real-time OS and probably they forgot to switch off ICMP router redirect service
