429-ActiveX component cant create object

Hi:

Get this error 429-ActiveX component cant create object intermittently while instantiating domdocument object from a MTS component written in VB6.

It happens once in a day. Works fine after re registering MSXML3.dll.

We are using msxml3sp2 on a WINNT server with sp6.
A component running under MTS call MSXML to upload a xml document.

MSXML3 is installed in replace mode.

I will appreciate greatly if some one can help.
