hello

Occasionally getting dark smudging down the left hand side of prints, mainly happens on graphic intensive pages.

thoughts?

Some tips for troubleshooting.

1) Try do some cleaning pages.
2) Try a toner exchange.
3) The fixing unit might be damaged and needs to be replaced.
