This is the error I am getting...

Have you checked to ensure the IUSR_%SERVERNAME% account has access to the websites in question?

I found the problem -a destination /* needs to added as well as
/exchange*
/public*
/Exchweb
/* - you need this to get to on owa.

then it works great. No problems after that. go figure.
