I have four IPO 500's....version 4.0.10. Locations are connected with Adtran units with static routes. Main location has a Netvanta 3305 (JBL) and hosts Vmail. Remote locations connect with Point to Point T1's over their Wan Ports. (One remote is RTP) The remote locations are using Netvanta 3430 units.
If you call from the main location (JBL) to an extension at a remote location (RTP), if no one answers at the remote location then the Vmail for the extension that you are calling from (at JBL) answers.
Ex:
x 415 (at JBL) calls x 462 (at RTP)
No one answers at x 462 (at RTP), the voicemail does not answer at that extension. The voicemail that you called from answers. In this example, x 415's vmail answers.
If I had called the same extension at RTP x 462 from x 443 (which is at JBL), then if no one answered at x 462, x 443's vmail would have answered.
If anyone calls into the DID numbers at RTP, no problems. It is an issue between Internal calls.
Thanks in advance for any help...
