4 exchange servers can't send internal e-mail to one

I have 4 exchange servers running in 4 different sites. NY, PHX, Tulsa, MN. Email can be sent from NY to Tusa and MN but not to PHX. PHX can go to NY. When sending to PHX from NY an immedite NDR is recieved. The ndr reads:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:
Sent: 2/9/2004 10:12 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

PHXUSER on 2/9/2004 10:12 AM
The format of the e-mail address is incorrect. Check the address, look up the recipient in the Address Book, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.
<NY.domain.int #5.1.3>

I cannot find anything on this NDR. Any assistance would be greatly apreciated.

Hi Bren,
I've had this issue before and I don't remember how I troubleshot it but I know it has to do with DNS. Check DNS in your Default SMTP and also DNS servers. Hope this help =)
