How can i check if the 3th party tapi is connected...

On the server you use for this ( i asume you have) go to run and type dialer.exe

Then try to see if you can select a extension
But when you have set the modem properties you need to reboot otherwise it will not work !

J just checkd third party and put in the password of the IPO.

In the IPO i put in the cti pro licence

After a reboot it should be connected.

In the dialer instead of the normal on person i should see al users?

You can also goto cofigurations > telphone modem options > advanced > double click Avaya TAPI2 then select all phones and the IPO's password.

Now open dialer.exe in run and you'll see everyone popping up.

But you need to reboot your pc after you set the modem option otherwise you will not see those extensions !!!

Not necessery to reboot PC for TAPI changes, only the first time after installing the PC needs a reboot. Read my advise here:
