UDI Receives a call from Avaya via SIP INVITE message.
UDI either processes the call and the user does not have to transfer to the Agent Que. When the caller is not transferred, this port is again available to take a call.
Or
UDI cannot process the call and the caller is transferred to a live agent via the SIP message (REINVITE).
The Transfer does occur and the caller is now speaking with an agent.
After the transfer, the UDI sends a SIP BYE message indicating that the port is free for another call.
At this point, the SIP ports shows a state of BUSY/WRAPUP, and from there forward will not receive any new calls.
 
One correction: the transfer is done using SIP REFER /NOTIFY. Re-invite does not apply for transfer and is used for changing the properties of an existing call ( e.g. the codec


System Summary:
Analog inbound 5 ports of rollover lines
SIP integration where the Ports login as SIP Agents. Each port logs in separately as a different SIP user.
