When I go look @ the bios (latest bios btw) it says the AGP port is @ 8X , in my config screen in windows from my videocard it says 8X too. When I do a 3Dmark test I get a VERY VERY lousy score of around 5-6k. (standard settings)
When looking closer I see that 3Dmark seems to think I have 2X AGP enabled. Same stuff with PCmark.
Called tech suport => software problem yada yada
I really have no clue how to do this lol
thx guyz :)

Have you enabled 8x AGP in the bios? 2x might be default.
It could be a bios thing? the motherboard may need updating to the latest.
Anyhow I wouldn't expect much more than 6,000 in 3DMark 2001SE for a FX5200, they are after all the replacement for the GF4 MX440 and said to be around the same performance (but with newer features admitadly)
Go online (Madonion) and compare your results, this way you will get a direct comparison with similar platforms and a fair idea of what to expect from the card.
Just because it's newer doesn't necessarily make it faster I bet a Geforce 3 500Ti on your rig would get over 9,000 points, so it just goes to show.
