3Com Lanmodem used for local network Cisco IOS VPN at the company prob

I'm using a 3Com Lanmodem for my local lan at home and try to connect at the office with a Cisco VPN client to a IOS VPN sollution on a Cisco 2600 router.

Ok I'm using the cofiguration mentioned above. I can set up a secure tunnel trough the 3Com Lanmodem but I can't access any recources on the companies Lan. I gues it has something to do with static / dynamic NAT but I don't know what. Does anybody has an idea?
