390X Callers and Called List

I never gave this much thought since I don't use it. But the caller's list, and called number list in the 390X phones at my location list these by name, not number. Of course, unless they are internal callers it simply says "UNKNOWN". I have a user that wants the list to be by number instead. How does one accomplish this?

I don't think that's an option. Surely there is a setting in the phone itself that will switch from names to numbers. That would seem to be such an elementary thing.

User should be able to use the EDIT feature and add Phone Number and Name

called list is by numbers and caller list is by name ...
dont think there is a way to change that
