3905 firmware upgrade problem

Hello,

I have cs1000M rls 5 and cc6. I just upgraded a 3905 from firmare 87 to 90 and now I cannot get a login ID prompt. I plug another 3905 with 87 on same TNB and I get the login ID prompt by hitting the In-calls button or key 0 but with firmware 90 I cannot get the login ID prompt. Connecting a handset doesn't make any difference. I found another 3905 with firmware 89 and it too has same problem as 90 so I don't think it is a bad version of 90. Am I missing a step somewhere?

Any ideas?

test it with the Make Busy light LED lit up (red) even if it says logged out, make the LED active.

With make busy LED red I still cannot get login ID prompt.

In the headset jack? Have to be, not the side Supervisor port or handset port

FYI - only on 5.0 I had to be in the back headset port and the MSB red light had to be active.

That was it, I plugged my handset into headset jack with msb on and the login ID came up.
