3904 set Keys

I have gone through most Nortel documentation with no success. Can anyone explain where buttons 26- 31 would be located on 3904 set. 26-28 are lists 29- 31 are Nul. The list indicates 31 buttons, but pictured diagrams only show 25. Any explanation?

27 and 28 are the second and third soft keys when the phone is idle. that would be next to Forward in a default configuration.

I see. They are accessed through the Directory/Log key, when depressed they appear on the screen. Does anyone know what 29-31 are reserved for?
