3904 rel3 phones work on CS1000 5.5

Hello,

I need to replace a couple of 3904 phones, at the back of the existing phone they are Rel 5. When i search online i am finding 3904 rel 3 Phones. Will the Rel 3 work ? Where can i buy phones ?
