3904 Flash related to Succession release?

Is the 3904 sets flash version related to the Succession Version. So, If I want 3904 Flash version 9.0, I have to upgrade to Succession 4.5?

a software will come out with the latest version of Firmaware included. However, you can download later versions of FW from the ESPL if you have access.

Or, your vendor can do it.

So, if my system Version is 2121, Release 3.0 and Issue is 00 then I may have quite a few patches to get in order to get the Flash of 9.0 or is there the possibility I may be able to get just what I need.

You can download the FW for 3900 sets as a single loadware to be installed into the system.
