Hey can someone help here I currently have a customer who has a 3904 with 2 22button add on mods for bfs keys at the receptionist. They now are maxed out. Question can you only have two per phone I think that is what I have read just trying to be sure. Any ideas this site is a shared switch meaning that we have about 400 stations and approximatly 18 different customers. This one customer is looking at adding about 15 new extensions.

3904 exp mods

I thought you could put more than two mods on one of those phones. Try adding it in software first and see if it takes. Sounds like she could be moving into an attendant console situation though.

I believe it is only 2 add on modules per 3904. You may want to look at a 2250 with the BFS add on if it is still around. However, with that many phones, does she really have the time to monitor, never mind.....that is a business question, not a technical one.
