3904 Display

Here is the senerio, 3904 units are used in our communication center. When a call is received on the main DID the caller ID info is displayed correctly number & location of the phone in hte building. When a second call comes in on a another line the Id us not displayed, so the dispatcher is not able to determint the correct location of the call in the building. Any ideas would be appreciated.

go into features, then choose DDS or digit diplay.
Choose TDD from the drop down menu.

nhphone guy thanks for the info, tandem display is enabled and still unable to see call location whenthe second line is ringing.

you can put a DSP key on the set also

phonz1 thought of that on but all six lines are filled would need to have to then use the shift key and you know how dispatchers are, that would require another step for them.

dsp keys are for acd agents.. cls tdd controls that. can't help with tm, cli only.. i do like tm way better then otm.
