3904 Call Log

Question is about the Call Log on a 3904. I have a user who claims he was on the phone and an outside call came in. The caller ID showed on the phone at the time. But when he went back to the log it only showed the trunk info. Any reasons for this?

Check to see if CLS CLBA, Key 27 CLT and firmware 8.7. If all true user is lying...

Ok. User has Key 27 CLT but CLBD. Should it be set to CLBA? And how do I check the firmware again?
