3900 system wide download

For the life of me I can not remember what to turn to yes
in ld 15 or ld 17 to make this work. I did this a long time
ago and can't remember. If any one can help I would appreciate it.

LD 97 to change the FDL settings, and ld 32 .fdls to initiate.

If I do a PRT in LD 97 will this tell me what each 3900 level is?. Can I do the PRT during the day or should I do this after hours?

Be careful though, I had a call center and the system wide FDL burned alot of sets out. They had to be manually downloaded but we didnt notice until business was opening. I would run it for an hour one night, then check everything before running it to the whole switch. Better safe than sorry.
