M3903 / M3904 My users are getting 3900 series after a lot of years with the 2008 and 2616. Big problem that I'm always called out for is user has hit the shift key causing them to lose sight of their active lines. Frequency the user will say "I put the call on hold and can't get them back". Or the other comment is "The line numbers are gone from my station". They have been bumping the shift key nicely located where everyone hits it by accident. Is there anyway to program the TN to disallow the shift key and limit the 3903 to a 2 line set and the 3904 to a 6 line set.???

you can limit it by not programming it past what you want. I don't think you can nul the shift key.
