3725 phones - Attention Ring not working??

Hi to all,

We have a customer who has a lot of 3725 cordless phones with IP Office 500 v2 R7. The problem he's having is the little bip they hear when a second call arrives. We set the ATTENTION RING to "RING" instead of ABBREVIATED RING (which is working fine with regular phones) but it does not fix this issue???

Any idea???

That is not for a dect phone so that does not work.

No there is not.
It is a dect phone and not a desk phone.
You can have a second call but only this way.

These are not multi line phones, so the only way to notify is by the in call bleep, true of any DECT system I beleieve

Try seeing is enabling the Call Waiting options used by analog extensions works.
