3725 DECT frequency band??

Hello everyone, i have a weird problem with a couple of 3725 handset that just dont want to register to master base.
I was able to register 4 of 12 -- 3725 phone.
All IPEI code a set right in manager, running 7.0(23)IPO500 V2.
I've set up another system with same settings with 35 Dect and i didn't have any problem at all.
The only thing that i found weird is, when i go into the phones under "setting" - "device Info" - "hardware" - and i look into the Frequency Band i see EU and i'm suppose to see US.(i'm in north america)i wonder why it is in EU.
So did i miss something somewhere?

Then you have a problem.
You need to send them back and demand new phones for the right region.

If i put the master base back into "europe" frequency and i register the handset,will they be working if i turned them back after in US mode?

When i open a brand new phone out of the box, frequency tab it`s set as "not initiated"

There is no way to change the frequency in the handset??

You can't do that.
Europe uses different frequencies.
Return the handsets because you do not have any guarantee with these phones.

Ok i learned something new today and i fix my problem!
When you go under "setting, device info, software and then you enter 27238# there is a new menu that appears, and in this menu you have an option "factory default".
I did it and register back my phone and everyting work fine
