3720 Dect phone displaying no user.

Hi All.

obviously i am in need of assistance, so here goes.

IPO 500 V2 on R8.1 with IP Dect R4 with latest version 5.0.11 on Master and 6 Base stations. all is standard and not compact.

My issue.

All is working fine and randomly, a phone will deregister,and display No Access, or Not Registered.
We have taken provisioning of.

Since then i have a dect that displays NO USER. When logging in the phone displays Invalid.
Yet, when you make a call, in SSA it displays the user name and ext number.
one can receive calls, and make external calls.

I have deleted and recreated the user to no avail.

Any ideas please?

 
Give the user a login code.
Login on the dect phone and the problem is gone.

I have done this.

comes back displaying invalid.... then no user
 
Do you have configured a user in the IPO?
Did you create an IPDect extension in the IPO?
Did you create an IPDect extension in the basestation?
Where did you enter this login code?
