3700 - Opera Interface Issue

Hello All,
Can anyone enlighten me if there is some delay or sync that needs to occur before new items in 3700 will be posted to Opera revenue buckets properly?

Essentially it looks like someone is adding new items and although the item reporting group is set correctly those items are posting to the default opera revenue bucket rather than the revenue bucket associated to POS reporting group. I know the reporting group mapping is setup properly because old items set with the same reporting group are posting properly, so my feeling is that there is some resync that might need to occur for 3700?
