3645 and the HAT tool

I am trying, for the first time, to install 2 3645 wireless phones. I have downloaded the Handset Admin Tool and when I put the new 3645 in the cradel, the screen flashes USP LOOP MODE >IDLE and then goes into charging the phone.

I have used the admin settings on the phone itself, but get a "No Server Cert" on the display now. And I was hoping the HAT could help me fix that issue.

Anyone know how to stop the USB Loop?

So I have finally got past the issues with the USB loop.

But now the 3645 phones cannot register to the CLAN boards. It shows "Trying 10.X.X.X." and then after 20 seconds shows No CALL SERVER TIMED OUT. then it reboots and tried again.

I ran a trace on the station. and it shows

over and over...but won't fully connect.

Any ideas why the Phone and CLAN card won't play nice?
