Hello there,

The errors are generated by a malfunction in your power supply, which sometimes doesn't make a good contact with the motherboard power connector, leading to low voltage on the motherboard thus the voltage on the network module will be too low to operate. You will need to replace the power supply, as a work around you may remove the power connector and clean the motherboard contacts, however for the long run you will need to replace the power supply. Cheers and good luck

I tried swapping power supplied (I have 2 3620) and the fault remains on the origional so that didnt seem to make any difference, if I take it out of my 19" rack and reset it seems to run ok for a good while (40 mins) if I mount it again it goes within 10 mins could it be heat realted also?

Hello there, as the router is getting hotter the power supply connection will become flackier thus the issue... If you have a hardware contract with Cisco you should be eligible for the replacement of the motherboard and the power supply unit. Cheers and good luck
