Hello friends

I just began to study cisco swithes.
So have some litttle questions.

1.Does Virtual IP address must differ from
IP address of active command switch and command
standby switch or can be same.Does it affect network when I will create standby command switch?
2.How can I grant permissions to launch Cisco View.
