Having some transfer type issues. In testing, we are noticing chars per second send of way under a million and receives of way over a million. Sends seem to be consistantly slower than receives. NIC cards have been changed from auto detect to 100mbps/full duplex. Have a program that is sending from 1 pc to another on the same vlan and same switch - send is 350,000ch/sec receive is 3,000,000+ chars per second. Cisco 3548 xl switch. any suggestions?
