I'm having a 3524XL switch which i want to split up into VLANs.

I have an Internet Connection coming in on port 1. My internal network is coming in port 13. Another internal netowork in Port 15 and then a client connected to my GE0/1 port.

I want traffic to be able to go between:
Port 1 <-> Port 13
Port 1 <-> Port 15
Port 13 <-> GE0/1
Port 13 <-> Port 15

How would i setup this? I'm kind of new to VLAN's so details would be appreciated.

A VLAN is equal to an IP subnet, and to get between IP subnets you need to route.

You need a router that can handle individual interfaces per VLAN, or configure trunking (802.1Q) to trunk VLANs from the switch > router with 1 or more interfaces. The 3524XL can do ISL or 802.1Q, but 802.1Q gives you more VLAN's and is more standardized.
