3500XL always on 50% CPU Util..

Hey,

I got 2 Cisco 3500XL (48P) switches stacked and one of them is connected the the router.
I found that they both are Always even at nights on 50% when I use SH PROC CPU.
I have another 2950C switch at the bottom of the stack which acts normal and doesn't have this problem..

Any idead how to solve this thing?

Thats normal for the 3500xl and the 2900xl switches

its weird yes, but thats the way they're made..
