Is there a command thru maintenance to view the bandwidth usage of the 3300? I know that you can setup some type of bandwidth monitoring but was wondering if there is a simple command to view basic stats?

Unfortunately not
You need to setup monitoring to see Bandwidth stats
The only command is BWM STATISTICS RESET
which you would use prior to doing some testing so your bandwidth stats are reset.
