Everytime I start up Windows I get an error. It says something like I have a device trying to load a 32 bit CDRPWD(00 + 0000AD23 and it says it can't load the drivers. It comes up 3 times and I have to click it three times before my windows will load to desktop. THEN my CD Rom won't work. I have no idea what this is!
Can someone HELP?
Thanks

Append:

It says EXACTLY:
The 32 Bit Device driver CDRPWD(01)+0000AD23 has attempted to use a system service which is not loaded. It is possible to continue normally.

Then I get this blue screen three times ( which I click out of each time ) BEFORE I can get to my desktop and THEN my CDROM doesnt work. Anyone have any ideas??
PLEASE help
