3 users require Voicemail @ the same station?..Possible or not?

using CM 2.0 inbedded Audix

I have a request from TEAM MANANGERS who regularly all use the same handset (Callmast4)

What they are asking is to be able to retrieve there individul V/mail's when sitting at this particular desk.

At the moment they have a coverage path setup in their own
station field which points to Voicemail, can this be removed and put into the Agent coverage path?

if so when they login to the spare phone will the message waiting lamp be for them and them only whilst they are logged in?

any advice / help would be grateful

Assign a auto msg wt button on the CallMaster4 for each of the Managers. The message light does not change with the login.

there might not be enough buttons free for all 7 team leaders i will need to check on this

Wait!! I just found a parameter in system parameters features. Try testing this below:

CALL CENTER SYSTEM PARAMETERS
EAS
Expert Agent Selection (EAS) Enabled? y
Minimum Agent-LoginID Password Length:
Direct Agent Announcement Extension: Delay:
Message Waiting Lamp Indicates Status For: station

Change this to login id

It's worth a try

but will this setting not roll out globaly to all AUDIX users?
if so then its no use as 95% of users will be using vmail on there stastions!!
i only need this for the team leaders who move around all the time..so if this change is on a GLOBAL scale it wouold no be good!!

I Believe that it only affects Agents. Regular users do not log in. I still think it worth a test.
