using CM 2.0 inbedded Audix
I have a request from TEAM MANANGERS who regularly all use the same handset (Callmast4)
What they are asking is to be able to retrieve there individul V/mail's when sitting at this particular desk.
At the moment they have a coverage path setup in their own
station field which points to Voicemail, can this be removed and put into the Agent coverage path?
if so when they login to the spare phone will the message waiting lamp be for them and them only whilst they are logged in?
any advice / help would be grateful
