3 Page Form

Hello,

Am correct in thinking that either this is such a stupid question or no one has ever run across this situation being as I have posted this question in 3 other forums.

I did search the Nwind mdb for samples but luck is not on my side.

I have a 3 page form that is a copy of one of our Word document.

When I do a print preview:

On page 1, some of the data are being cut-off

On page 2, half of the data are being repeated on page 3

Therefore, the beginning of page 3 is in the middle of the page

Frustrated and any help is appreciated!

If you are referring to a Report and not a Form (which I think you are) make sure the Report is not wider than the print area in print set up. Based on the information you've given, that's all I can recommend.

Hello,

Thank you for your recommendation. Why form? because I have fields (controls) in my form that requires data entry from the user and correct me if I'm wrong I thought report is read only.
