My 3 column report prints right on my home and my office computers but when I install it on two others it only prints one column. They all are the same version of Access 2000.

All computers are set in Page Setup/Columns to the same settings for 3 columns. All other settings on the Columns page are the same. The report is the same on all computers.

Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing?

Thanks!

Just for whatever reason, check the Name Auto Correct settings in your Options. If the report is set to landscape, this may be the problem. On the menu bar go to Tools...Options...General and make sure none of the Name Auto Correct options are selected.

Thanks Paul, I will try that. I checked on my home computer and both of those options are checked and the report prints correctly. It prints correctly with them off as well.

I will not be able to go to my client until later in the week so I do not know if that will fix my problem. If you have any other ideas, I would be very appreciative.

Paul's response is the quick fix in most cases. Installing the latest MS Office Service Packs is a more permanent solution. With the latest service packs, you can do whatever with the Name AutoCorrect settings.
