2nd DC not getting group policy

I have 2 DC's in my W2k3 domain. I recently setup a password policy in the Default Domain Policy. The 'main' DC shows as having the policy applied to it when I run Group Policy Result, but the other DC does not.

Is it not supposed to or is something wrong? All other replication between the two servers (DNS, WINS, AD changes) appears to work.
