2nd ACD on CMS

Does anyobe have experience of setting up an extra ACD on a CMS V6. Is it something only Lucent would set up or can anyone go about setting it up. I checked the hard drive and the there is 67% free. Also I need to know how the CMS server could be linked up to a remote site. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

We'll be using a G3V6 also but this will be upgraded to R10.

BIS is right, I've seen a couple of multi-site CMS systems, but you have to buy extra licenses Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.

I have worked in an environment with two acd's setup- we had an epn working with a G3R. Other than the data dump of agents and other dictionary items, my understanding that it is fairly straightforward to add another site. What equipment do you have? What versions are you running? We were able to do this in V6.. and how we are running V9...

From the root prompt type "cmssvc". From the menu select 1. This will display what you are authorized to have on the machine.

If you are authorized to have the additional ACD you could possibly set it up yourself. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't know what you are doing.

I would recommend doing both cmsadm and full maintenance backups first.
