Is there a way to retrieve files and programs from a win2k3 server that will only boot into safe mode. I will not install the OS back on the machine, just really need the files ( I know, I did not make any backups, I-D-10-T move)

any help is appreciated

You might be able to copy them to a floppy. CD Burners won't work in safe mode, and I don't think USB drives will. Network Connection also won't work unless you can book into the network capable safe mode (I can't remember what it's called).

If it's a single hard drive then you could remove it and insert it into another PC.
