Most people probably don't put a description for each line , we normally just descript like uplinks to the layer 3 router and or if its a very important server . Add spanning tree portfast to all client ports , do not use it on any uplinks to other network devices . Turn off snmp link traps on client ports . Add vty,console and enable secret passwords . If you monitor add all your snmp commands .
