I have a catalyst 2950, which i recieved from another office that has been completely wiped clean! i power the switch up and i get

what File do i need to start it up, and how do i load it onto the switch? I have been reading forms after forms on Cisco website, but haven't found anything thats help, hopeing somebody has encountered this before!
